Where is the equipment and can I inspect it?
All equipment is wholly owned by Novatech and can be inspected in our 7500sq. foot storage facility. Our customers are actively encouraged to visit our site to inspect specific items of interest as well view our extensive range of stock.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are full payment prior to release of goods.
Can you help with collection/delivery?
We have many associates within the haulage industry and can assist with arranging collection/delivery.
Do you offer a part exchange service?
Novatech specialise in the purchase and resale of high quality used equipment and can certainly assess your surplus equipment with an option to part exchange.
Can equipment be packed and shipped internationally?
Novatech have professional relationships with a number of companies that specialise in the safe packing and transportation of equipment internationally.
Selling to Novatech
What information do you need from me if I have surplus equipment?
We require as much detailed information as possible including the make and model of the item, Year of Manufacture, last use and a selection of good quality images of the items inside and out. When and how would I get paid for the item(s)?
Once we have reached an agreement on a purchase price, and we have receipt of an invoice; full payment would be made prior to collection, usually made electronically to your nominated Bank Account.
Who is responsible for shipping?
We will arrange our own collection of the equipment via a range of trusted associates
