Novatech were contacted by a global pharmaceutical company with a manufacturing site in the UK. They had a number of items surplus to requirements and invited Novatech and other companies to inspect the machine and make an offer to purchase the items. Novatech visited the site, catalogued the redundant equipment and provided an offer to purchase.
As a result of Novatech’s fast and competitive quote our offer was accepted. During this phase of discussion, they mentioned that they were also looking to purchase some items of equipment for their site.
Novatech were given the list of items required and as we hold an extensive range of stock, the majority of the items were available immediately. The other items were sourced very quickly through our extensive contact database.
Once all items had been secured, a part exchange arrangement was agreed saving the company significant costs with the benefit of immediate availability.
Arrangements were made to deliver their newly purchased items and collect Novatech’s items of equipment thereby saving time and money.
Since completing this part exchange of equipment, the company have bought many items from us and we are their first point of contact for the purchase and sale of process and packaging equipment.
