T K FIELDER model PMA 65 Pharma-Matrix high speed mixer/granulator. Mirror polished GMP finish stainless mixing bowl, volume 65 litres. Product batch capacity max. 20 - 25 kg. Two speed main impeller motor 5.5kw @ 200 rpm & 7.5kw @ 400 rpm, two speed granulator motor 1.3kw @ 1500 rpm & 1.8kw @ 3000 rpm. Designed for rapid batch processing of dry and wet products requiring critical dispersion accuracy and repeatability. Dry batch mixing complete in 4 -6 minutes. Pneumatically operated flush fitting discharge valve. Stainless jacket suitable for heating or cooling rated at 3 bar. Full feature control panel and main electrical cabinet. Castell safety interlock system fitted. Machine is supplied with manual and additional spare 3 blade angled granulator.
