HAAGEN & RINAU very high quality process vessel in 316 grade stainless steel. 550mm dia x 600mm deep, gross capacity approx. 143 litres, working capacity 122 litres. Nameplate stamped vessel: 151C, -1bar(full vac) to 4 bar, jacket: 164C, 6 bar. Fully insulated with rigid stainless cladding, lapped finish. 170mm dia 3 blade propellor on a 25mm dia shaft driven at 460 or 960 rpm from a 0.65 kw 3ph motor. Mechanical shaft seal with flush system. Flange mounted bolted top cover with a 260mm dia chargeport with clamped cover, vessel light with wiper blade, vacuum/5bar pressure gauge, temp probe with 0-160C gauge, 3 x 25mm dia connections. Electrical panel with stop/start, speed selectors, light on/off etc. Bottom product outlet 50mm dia with valve and outlet to side branch. The vessel is mounted onto 3 x 100mm dia stainless legs. Overall dimensions 680mm dia x 2030mm high.
