Websters 1000L contra blend full vacuum process vessel in 316 stainless steel construction, working capacity approx 750-800 litres, contra rotating mixing paddles with PTFE scraper blades, variable speed on both drive units, bottom entry homogeniser with variable speed. Stainless steel jacket rated at 3.3bar/full vacuum, test pressure 5.3bar, temp probe. Vessel rating working pressure 2.2bar and full vac, test pressure 3.47bar. Mirror polished finish, hydraulic raise and lower lid, full feature control panel, on load cells, hydraulic power pack in base framework, numerous top cover connections including powder inlet port with valve, plug and play, full manuals/documentation pack included.
